Delicious Chicken Sloppy Joes with orange bell peppers and onions in a sweet & tangy sauce.

Preheat a large skillet on medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil. Add diced onions, minced garlic and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for 5-6 minutes or until softened.
Add the ground chicken and cook until it's no longer pink. You can use any type of ground meat for this recipe. Drain off any excess grease.
While the meat and vegetables cook, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together: 2/3 cup catsup, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of packed brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of mustard powder, 1/2 cup of chicken broth, salt, and pepper to taste.
Once the meat is cooked, add the sauce and continue cooking until it has reduced in volume to a thick consistency.
Serve on a hamburger bun or your favorite roll with potato chips and pickles. enjoy!
